After the substrate is manually or mechanically filled into the hopper of the filling machine, the motor will drive the chain plate to rotate to lift the substrate into the compaction cabinet. After the orifice plate is punched, the seeder will be used for seeding. Ordinary planters are divided into needle-suction planters and drum planters. There are usually 6 rows of sowing holes in the 24 rows on the drum, which matches the number of rows that can be sowed per revolution. No matter which seeding method is used to suck the seeds, the suction hole always has air pressure. When the seeds need to be sucked up and then planted, the pressure is changed to positive pressure, and the seeds will be blown into the tray at this time.

After sowing, the plugs are transported by the conveyor belt to the vermiculite cover, and the magnetic induction device recognizes the plugs and covers the vermiculite. Followed by the magnetic induction device for watering, the relay will start watering after it recognizes the plug trays, and then the conveyor belt will send the plug trays to the random roller conveyor for manual sorting and transportation. After that, all the plug seeding process is completed.
