1. Prepare in advance

1. When planting large seeds or a large number of seeds, the seeds can be planted directly on the plug tray (50 holes, 32 holes).

2. Hang precise suction holes (orange industrial belts often wipe some grease when planting, and put seeds into precise suction holes to ensure even distribution).

3. To avoid too many seeds jumping out during the sowing process, please look at the side of the precision suction hole tray. When installing the precision suction hole, press the high side against the pressure hole.

4. Plug positioning rod (due to the deviation of some plugs, please adjust the plug positioning bar (there are 2 adjusting screws near the main body) to make the seeds fall accurately in the hole.

2. Start to work

1. Pull out the pressure hole tray from the bottom of the precise seed suction hole to the planting part (the position where the hole tray positioning rod is aligned), and align the edges.

2. Move the seeding head forward to the top of the seed tray, and quickly knock down the seeding head at a height of about 2 cm. The industrial belt is compressed to cause vibration, which causes the seed to vibrate and attract the seed.

3. Rotate the head 90 degrees to see the planting effect. If there are double seeds, please tap the machine head lightly to vibrate and drop unnecessary seeds. If it is not stuck, please replace it manually. Make sure to suck each needle onto the seed. If you are not satisfied, you can repeat the knock again.

4. If there are more double particles, you can also consider changing a smaller suction tip.

5. After pressing the hole, move the seeding machine head to the top of the orifice plate, relax the machine head, let the air be discharged from the air outlet, and the seed will fall into the hole to complete the seeding.

6. Move the tray after sowing to the workbench on the right. Repeat the above operations to complete production. When pulling the handpiece to one side, use a little force to release the air and the seeds fall into the tray.
